产品介绍 混池测序——即混合群体分离分析法(Bulked Segregant Analysis, BSA),是利用极端性状个体混池进行目标性状基因定位的一种快捷方法。在分离群体中,选取极端性状的子代DNA等量混合,对混合的“基因池”(GenePool)及亲本分别进行建库测序,计算不同文库的测序数据在多态位点(SNP)的频率(Allele Frequency,AF),与目标表型进行关联,从而实现目标性状相关的基因定位或者连锁分子标记的开发。
