产品介绍

转录组测序的研究对象为特定细胞在某一功能状态下所能转录出来的所有mRNA。转录组测序能够从整体水平研究基因表达量以及基因结构,揭示特定生物学过程中的分子机理;目前已广泛应用于基础研究、临床诊断、药物研发和分子育种等领域。

真核有参转录组测序,是针对已有参考基因组的真核生物特定组织或细胞在某一状态下转录出来的RNA进行建库测序通过与参考基因组比对,既可快速分析mRNA序列和丰度信息,又可对基因结构和产生的新转录本进行分析;识别可变剪切位点,以及不同转录本之间的单碱基差异等。针对人、小鼠等模式生物,还可进行蛋白互作网络分析,深入研究基因功能,指导网络调控机制的进一步研究。
