产品介绍

非靶向性代谢组学Untargeted Metabolomics又称为发现代谢组学,在有限的相关研究和背景知识的基础上,采用LC-MSGC-MSNMR技术,无偏向性的检测细胞、组织、器官或 者生物体内受到刺激或扰动前后所有小分子代谢物(主要是相对分子量1000 Da以内的内源性小分子化合物)的动态变化,并通过生信分析筛选差异代谢物,对差异代谢物进行通路分析,揭示其变化的生理机制。目前,非靶向代谢组学分析在生物标志物的发现、疾病的诊断和机制研究等方面应用广泛,并且为解决一些疾病机制研究的瓶颈问题提供了新的思路和方向。
